The Movement flips it: scan a QR code at shops around campus and save, see your school's launch-goal counter, and once it's reached, earn for the posting and sharing you already do — with real-time earnings you can cash out at local shops.

The Movement SD Internship Program

A group of 5–8 students — freshman through grad programs — forming under my direct leadership as Global Director and San Diego territory owner. Six months, non-paid, and built the way I'd want one to have existed for me.

• Daily 15-minute team calls, Monday through Friday, on Zoom — then you run your own team's daily 15 minutes.
• You interview, recruit, and hire your own leadership team, set its goals and direction, and grow your people — a meritocracy point system recognizes your growth and your team's.
• Learn selling and advertising by modeling — the logical conclusion close, the take-away — practiced, not lectured.
• Freedom to fail is the rule here. Failure is the fastest way to learn, change, grow, and mature — so around here we say: fail quickly and often.
• Real marketing and advertising work across print, digital, podcast, and video — plus a chance to learn audio and video engineering.
• A monthly dinner at my home to close out the month's wins and set next month's goals — with a monthly assigned book we work through together.
• The top point-earners get offered a seat on the leadership team in a paid capacity.

The right fit: you want to be part of launching a new social platform with seven revenue channels — campus food delivery, rideshare, the marketplace, student gear rental — and you want real mentoring along the way. The product is wonderful, and the selling proposition is one nobody has ever had the guts to try. There will be a synergy tipping point, and it's going to be great to watch.
